Director’s Letter

A Message from the Director:

Welcome Families,

The philosophy of Salem Lutheran Children Center is that all children should be provided a safe, secure, nurturing environment where children can develop a sense of personal worth and that they as individuals have value while learning useful skills and deepening their spiritual strengths. We receive students of all cultural backgrounds, races, religions, nationalities and ethnic origins.

We have many programs to offer during the school year and in the summer time. Our extended day preschool, a transitional kindergarten class, and before and after care for children attending Jarrettsville Elementary School take place during the school year, coinciding with Harford County Public School’s year.  Nursery school programs are also available within the school year from September through May. We also offer a two year old program, “Mommy and Me,” that meets in the fall, winter and spring. A summer camp program for children ages three through fifth grade is another great opportunity for fun and learning.

Our normal hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. If you would like a tour of our school or have any questions, please call the office at 410-557-6612 or email us at noahsrainbow@verizon.net.
