Congregational Survey Due June 22, 2020

Salem’s Church Council distributed a survey to members asking the congregation’s thoughts, concerns, and preferences towards returning to in-person Sunday worship services.  The surveys were emailed to households to whom the church has an email address.  Those households who do not have email will be mailed the survey.  Members may either return the completed survey to the church’s email or enclose the completed survey to the church’s address.  The instructions are included with the survey.
